Tuna chunks in pouches

In 2008, we decided to complete our tuna offering with tuna pouches. Tuna is cooked, then bagged with water or oil. Pouches are then sterilized.

Species: skipjack tuna, yellowfin tuna.

Scientific names: Katsuwonus pelamis, Thunnus albacares

Presentation: chunks preserved in pouches.

Label: MSC certification possible.

Origins: Madagascar, Mauritius, Salvador, Ecuador, Ivory Coast.
